For Actor rental refunds, you need to create an issue on the Actor's Issues tab, not a support ticket. Here's the process: Go to the Actor's detail page in Apify Console Click on the Issues tab Click on "Create new issue" Explain your situation, mentioning that the developer has already approved the refund Include any relevant details like the run URL if applicable Even if the developer has already approved the refund, this formal request through the Issues tab is necessary. After you create the issue, the developer will need to create a compensation request for the Apify Support team. Note that Apify typically provides compensation with credits rather than monetary refunds.The Issues tab is the correct channel for all Actor-related problems, including refund requests.

We've spoken with Apify support regarding your request, and here's their response:
"This user is however currently on a Free plan. They were last charged for this Actor in May: We are not able to proceed with a credit compensation if the user is not on a paid plan anymore. I see the communication in the issue tab is from 16 days ago. The user cancelled their subscription on 2025-06-19."
Essentially, since your plan was canceled on June 19, 2025, and you're now on a Free plan, Apify is unable to provide a credit compensation.
