Fixed: employment type was empty when Google wrote the label as "Employment type" (seen in Panama). Labels are now matched in any letter case.

Fixed: searches with a non-English Google interface lost the posting age, salary, employment type and description. Google is now always read in English; write the search in any language and set the country (e.g. "contador" in Panama).
Scheduled checks fail (with failOnError) when company, apply link or description come back mostly empty, a sign that Google changed the page.
Searches not started because the run timeout was close are listed as skipped and not charged, instead of the run ending TIMED-OUT.
