FAQ

Why is saves sometimes null? Instagram doesn't return the number for some posts. We return null, never a made-up 0, so your averages stay honest.

How does the Minimum views filter work? We check each reel and return only those at or above your number. Reels below it aren't returned and cost $0.07 instead of $0.28 per 1,000. With a filter we look through at most 1,000 reels per profile; Max reels per profile counts only the reels you get.

How do I get only new reels every day? Save your input as a Task, add a daily Schedule and turn on Only new since the last run. Each run returns — and charges — only reels you haven't received yet.

What's the difference between views, viewsInstagram and viewsFacebook? views is the number shown under the reel, viewsInstagram counts plays on Instagram only, and viewsFacebook counts plays on Facebook when the reel is cross-posted there (otherwise null).

Do I need an Instagram account or cookies? No. You only paste usernames, links or keywords. Nothing to log in, nothing to install, and your own Instagram account is never involved.

What am I charged for — and what's free? Only the events in the pricing table, plus $0.0005 per run. Rows with an error field are free, and duplicates are never returned or charged. Each run's SUMMARY record shows results and free rows.
