Extract business contact emails from YouTube channels at scale, for outreach, sponsorships and creator partnerships. Unlike scrapers that only read the channel description, this Actor follows the creator's links out to their real website — through Linktree, Beacons and 20+ other link aggregators — and then uses AI to tag every lead with niche, country, language and a contactability score.

Built for influencer outreach, sponsorship prospecting and creator list building.

What makes this different

  • Visits the real website, not just the channel description — most business emails are never shown on YouTube itself
  • AI enrichment on every lead: niche, country, language, content type, contactability score (1–10)
  • Follows 20+ link aggregators to reach the site behind a bio link
  • Reads obfuscated emails like hello [at] domain [dot] com
  • Finds the contact page on its own rather than stopping at the homepage

Who it is for

  • Influencer marketing agencies building targeted lists by niche and country
  • Brand sponsorship teams looking for creators who are actually reachable
  • PR and outreach teams who want an address, not a contact form
  • Podcast bookers sourcing guests in a specific niche
  • B2B partnership teams filtering by language and content type

Search by topic when you want to discover creators:

{
"searchQuery": "home fitness equipment review",
"maxResults": 25
}

Or pass channels directly when you already know who you want:

{
"channelUrls": [
"https://www.youtube.com/@MKBHD",
"https://www.youtube.com/@veritasium"
],
"maxResults": 10
}

Input

FieldTypeDefaultDescription
searchQuerystringYouTube keyword search, e.g. "fitness influencer"
channelUrlsarrayDirect channel URLs to scrape
maxResultsinteger50Channels to process. Maximum 200
maxConcurrencyinteger5Channels processed in parallel
proxyConfigurationobjectApify ProxyLeave enabled — YouTube rate-limits bare datacenter addresses

Provide searchQuery, channelUrls, or both.

On maxResults: a channel takes roughly 50 seconds end to end, because the run follows the creator's links out to their website. At the default concurrency of 5, 200 channels take about 35 minutes. Start at 10 to check your query before scaling up.

estimatedCountry is an AI estimate from language, description and site clues — useful for filtering, not a verified address.

Pricing

$0.10 per channel delivered. A channel is only written to the dataset when an email is found, so a channel with no reachable address costs you nothing.

AI enrichment is included: niche, country, language, content type and contactability score come with every result at no extra charge.

How it works

  1. Searches YouTube by keyword, or takes the channel URLs you provide
  2. Opens each channel and collects every link it exposes
  3. Follows link aggregators to the site behind them
  4. Visits the creator's website and locates the contact page
  5. Extracts addresses, including obfuscated formats
  6. Enriches the lead with AI and writes it to the dataset

Each channel is written the moment it finishes, so a run that stops early still delivers everything it found up to that point.

Integrations

Results land in a standard Apify dataset, so they connect to Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, Airtable and Slack through Apify's integrations, or to anything else over the API and webhooks. The Output tab offers a CSV export that drops straight into a CRM or an email sequencer.

Tips

  • Be specific in the query. "home fitness equipment review" returns better channels than "fitness".
  • Filter on contactabilityScore 7 or above to focus outreach on creators who are genuinely reachable.
  • Use niche and language to split one run into several campaign lists.
  • Combine both inputs: search to discover, then add the specific channels you already had in mind.
  • Leave the proxy on. Without it YouTube returns errors on most requests.

FAQ

Does it find an email for every channel? No. Many creators publish no business address anywhere, and those channels are skipped rather than delivered — you are not charged for them. Following the creator's website rather than reading only the YouTube description is what raises the hit rate.

Where does the email come from? The emailSource field tells you: regex when the address was in the page text, ai when it was written in an obfuscated form that needed interpreting, and linktree when it was found behind a bio-link page.

Can I scrape a list of channels I already have? Yes. Put them in channelUrls and leave searchQuery empty. Handles (@mkbhd), /channel/UC… and /c/ URLs all work.

Is estimatedCountry reliable? It is an AI estimate drawn from the channel's language, description and website — accurate enough to filter a list, not a verified address. Treat it as a strong hint.

Why does a run take so long? Because it does not stop at YouTube. Each channel means opening the channel page, following its links out to a website, and finding the contact page there. That is roughly 50 seconds per channel, and it is also why the hit rate is higher than description-only scrapers.

What happens if the run hits its timeout? Every channel is written to the dataset as soon as it is done, so you keep everything found before the timeout. Raise the run timeout in Run options for large jobs.

Do I need my own API key for the AI enrichment? No. Enrichment is built in and included in the per-result price.

Changelog

2.3.15 — A crawler-level fault no longer discards results that were already delivered: the run now reports what it found and exits cleanly instead of going red. maxResults capped at 200, the largest value that fits inside the default one-hour run timeout.

2.3 — Added AI contact-page detection, so the scraper finds the right page on a creator's site instead of stopping at the homepage.

2.2 — Added support for 20+ link aggregators and obfuscated email formats.

Support

Found a channel it should have caught, or an address it missed? Open an issue on the Actor's Issues tab with the channel URL — that is the fastest way to get it fixed.
