search only tweets and not replies
Hi
I checked all the filters possible and in every scenario I get results from replies to tweets as well. Is there a way to actually search only in tweets and not in replies to the tweet? Thanks

Hi, we'll handle your problem right away.

Simply add the -filter:replies
attribute to the Tweet Content
field. filter:replies
means only replies, while -filter:replies
means excluding replies (it could be direct tweets, retweets, or quotes).
If you have further questions, feel free to reply.
You can also reach me on X or Telegram if you need any assistance.
Best regards

Hi
Not working. Here is the run ID W1Wg8Jb41cZJ3rbTS
Also the filters with English, engagement filters seems that are not working as well

Okay, let's take a look.

Try this input:
{ ... "maxItems": 10, "min_replies": 10, "min_retweets": 20, "twitterContent": "bitcoin -filter:replies", "within_time": "2h", "queryType": "Latest", .. }

For your scenario, you can avoid using the "searchTerms" field. "searchTerms" is used to perform parallel queries on multiple search items. Best regards.
