How it works
For each keyword (optionally restricted to chosen subreddits), pull the newest
posts from Reddit's public JSON, drop anything seen in a prior run, apply your
score/exclude filters, and emit only new mentions. Run on an Apify
schedule to make it a real monitor; webhookUrl pushes to Slack/Zapier/email.
