Scrape KAYAK flight prices by route and dates: fare per booking provider, airline, flight numbers, times, stops, layovers, aircraft, booking link. One-way, round trip, all cabins. $1.00 per 1,000 rows + $0.003 per run start, down to $0.70 per 1,000 on higher Store tiers.
Small runs (a few rows) can finish sooner: once the rows you asked for have stopped changing, a run that would otherwise wait far longer than its size no longer waits for KAYAK to finish adding sellers to other flights. The status line says when this happened.

Fixed: a search could finish on KAYAK's first, incomplete answer and miss cheaper sellers or whole airlines (JFK→LAX came back without three American Airlines flights at $215 and with JetBlue at $215 instead of $213). The Actor now waits until KAYAK marks the search complete.
New: paste KAYAK or Momondo search links (searchUrls) instead of filling the form; route, dates, cabin, passengers, sort and airline filter are read from the link.
New: airlines — only itineraries flown by the airlines you list, filtered by KAYAK itself.
Rows now say how many travelers the price is for (adults, children, travelers): price is per person, totalPrice is for everyone.
