Reddit Search Scraper — Posts by Keyword & Subreddit
Pricing
from $1.40 / 1,000 results
Search Reddit by keyword — across all of Reddit or inside any subreddit — with no API key or login. Export posts to CSV/JSON. A Reddit API alternative for keyword monitoring.
Keyword to search for. Without a subreddit it searches all of Reddit; with one or more subreddits it searches inside each of them. Leave EMPTY to browse posts instead of searching. Example: "machine learning".
One or more subreddits to search or browse (without the r/ prefix), e.g. MachineLearning, Entrepreneur. Leave EMPTY to browse Reddit's logged-out front page (r/popular), or, with a keyword, to search all of Reddit. Reddit no longer serves r/all to logged-out clients, so "all" is read as r/popular when browsing.
[ "MachineLearning", "OpenAI"]How to order results. For keyword search: relevance / hot / top / new / comments. For browsing (no keyword): hot / new / top / rising.
Restrict to a time window. Applies to Top sort and to keyword search.
Return posts (link) or comments. Comment results are only available in keyword-search mode.
Cap items per subreddit (or per search). Reddit's logged-out feeds return at most ~25 items each with no pagination, so values above 25 have no extra effect. Total rows scale with the number of subreddits.
Power-user override. A list of explicit search objects — each: query, subreddit, sort, time, type. When provided, this takes precedence over the fields above and each entry runs independently. Leave empty to use the simple fields above.
[ { "query": "shopify", "subreddit": "ecommerce", "sort": "new", "time": "month", "type": "link" }, { "query": "side hustle", "subreddit": "Entrepreneur", "sort": "top", "time": "all", "type": "comment" }]Requests start on Apify datacenter proxies and move to the residential pool (then a direct request) only when Reddit blocks them, so the default is enough. Choose other proxy groups or your own proxies here only if you need them.
