Can't export data from actor run

I'm trying to export run id 6Yv6uFNIz9hd2Q57o. It seems to populate data that is from the same area, but not my data. When I export the data it lists a ton of apartments with extremely little data. When I check the table from the run, the data is a complete mismatch from what is being exported. It's super weird.

Hi, thank you for opening this issue.

The situation you are presenting is very weird indeed. Can you explain your proceeding a little better? Are you exporting from the platform or using the Apify API from your own program?

I tried from the platform and the data is the same. Can you provide a specific example of something missing/something that is not your data?

how do i connect teh zillow search api to the zillow details to go to my google sheets

Hi, you can use integrations to connect our Zillow Search Scraper or Zillow ZIP Code Search Scraper with Zillow Detail Scraper and finally with Google Sheets Import & Export. I'll try to explain the steps needed for the setup.

  1. Authorize Google Sheets Import & Export Authorization is required so that the Actor can modify your Google sheet. You only need to authorize once for your account. Details can be found at: https://help.apify.com/en/articles/2424053-google-integration. In summary, run Google Sheets Import & Export with your spreadsheet ID and "publicSpreadsheet": false, switch to Live view and follow the authorization instructions.

  2. Set up the integration of Zillow Detail Scraper and Google Sheets Import & Export. I recommend creating a dedicated task for this integration using the Create task button, let's name it Zillow Detail + Google Sheets. Replace the task's input with an empty object {} (using the JSON editor). Then navigate to the Integrations tab of the newly created task and add the new integration with Google Sheets Import & Export (see the screenshots). Fill in your spreadsheet ID and switch off the option: Public spreadsheet (read-only).

The last step will follow.

  1. Set up the integration of Zillow Search Scraper / Zillow ZIP Code Search Scraper with Zillow Detail + Google Sheets task. Again, I advice creating a separate task for this purpose, such as Zillow Search + Detail + Google Sheets. Choose Zillow Search Scraper or Zillow ZIP Code Search Scraper, create a new task with Create task and then go to Integrations tab of that task, same as in the previous case. Add the new integration Connect Actor or Task from Apify integrations category, navigate to Saved tasks and choose your task from the previous step: Zillow Detail + Google Sheets. Set the Task input override to the following JSON value:
1{
2  "searchResultsDatasetId": "{{resource.defaultDatasetId}}"
3}

This will make sure that the task Zillow Detail + Google Sheets will scrape detailed data for each listing searched by the Search Scraper and saved into its dataset. Save the integration and make sure it's enabled.

  1. Finally, you can run the task Zillow Search + Detail + Google Sheets with your input. Once the task's run finishes successfully, Zillow Detail + Google Sheets task will be triggered. Zillow Detail Scraper will run in the background and save the results into its default dataset. When the run is finished, Google Sheets Import & Export Actor will save the results into your Google sheet. You can check out the format in my testing sheet.
