Also, the results are mostly "coming soon" listings even though my query does not show them when used on web-browser.
Hi, I checked your dataset and the amount of data extracted seems to be right for Zillow Search Scraper. Please note that this scraper doesn't crawl individual listing pages and only works with data available on the search pages. If you need to extract more detailed information for each listing, I can point you to Zillow Detail Scraper that produces much richer datasets. There's an easy way to integrate both scrapers so that you can use search features from Zillow Search Scraper while getting the most detailed data with Zillow Detail Scraper. You can set up an integration in the Integrations tab of Zillow Search Scraper. The integration will trigger a new run of Zillow Detail Scraper for each successful run of the Search Scraper. Just want to make sure - you want to exclude coming soon listings but include New construction at the same time? Asking because when I loaded your search URL in my web browser, Coming soon search filter was unchecked but I could still see many results with the Available soon label (see the screenshot).

As my case is very common/straightforward - do you have an ready to try example instead of building integration etc., from your video? That way, I'm not wasting time and use your solution to gather data and pay for the usage directly.

I completely understand that setting up the integration is a lot of hassle just to achieve this quite basic functionality 👍 And you're definitely not the first one with the same use case. I think we may be able to merge Zillow Search Scraper and Zillow Detail Scraper into a single Actor in the future, thanks to our recently introduced pricing model pay-per-event. The current pricing model pay-per-result is not very flexible for this use case (we would have to create the 3rd Actor). Unfortunately, I can't make any promises here as merging the Actors or creating the 3rd one is not a priority at the moment.

Regarding your question, all output fields are saved into the default dataset of Zillow Detail Scraper. But you can specify which ones you want to export - either by selecting the fields you need or by omiting the ones you don't. You can then preview the results with the selected / without the omitted fields or download them in one of the available formats (JSON, CSV, XML, Excel, HTML, RSS or JSONL).
