The Actor accepts up to 20 active public gallery, listing, event home, or exhibitor profile URLs in one run. It saves the first eligible occurrence of each exhibitor and skips later matches for that exhibitor.

📦 Returned data

Each saved row can include the exhibitor name and ID, public profile and source URLs, description, logo, website, phone, address, booths, categories, brands, public contact people, and company social links. Missing facts are returned as null or an empty array.

▶️ Running the Actor

1. Open the Actor in Apify Console.
2. Add one or more active public Map Your Show URLs.
3. Set Maximum exhibitors, or leave it empty to return all available exhibitors until the source is exhausted.
4. Choose whether to include published booth dimensions and area.
5. Start the run and open the dataset.

The Actor does not log in or collect private planner data. Retired event URLs that leave Map Your Show are not supported.

This Actor uses pay-per-event pricing. You pay for each public exhibitor profile saved to the dataset. Unsupported URLs, skipped inputs, empty directories, and runs with no saved exhibitors do not create exhibitor charges.

Set Maximum exhibitors for a smaller run, or leave it empty to return all available exhibitors until the source is exhausted.

❓ FAQ

Can I scrape any Map Your Show event?

Use an active public Map Your Show gallery, listing, event home, or exhibitor profile URL. Private pages, other event platforms, and retired URLs that leave Map Your Show are not supported.

Can I add more than one event?

Yes. Add up to 20 URLs in one run. The same limit and booth setting apply to every URL.

How are duplicate exhibitors handled?

The first eligible match is saved. If the same exhibitor appears again through another submitted URL, the later match is skipped.

Why are some fields empty?

Events and exhibitors publish different facts. The Actor returns public data that is shown and uses null or an empty array when a fact is missing.

Does the Actor enrich or verify contacts?

No. It does not guess, enrich, or verify contact details. It only returns public facts that Map Your Show publishes.
