Exhibitor List Scraper - All-In-One Pricing Details
1. Tiered Pricing
Pricing depends on the total size of the event (not how many exhibitors you choose to scrape):
-
Events with up to 2,000 exhibitors → $5 per 1,000 exhibitors
-
Events with more than 2,000 exhibitors → $4 per 1,000 exhibitors
The pricing tier is locked at the start of the run and applies to the entire dataset.
2. Loyalty Pricing
Frequent users automatically get better pricing:
- After you spend $39 within 30-day period → $3 per 1,000 exhibitors
The 30-day period starts with your first run using a paid subscription.
Aborted Runs will not be saved to loyalty system.
Free Plan Limitations
Free plan users can scrape up to 20 exhibitors per run. Upgrade to a paid Apify plan to unlock full access and scrape all exhibitors.

This actor expects the Exhibitor Listing Page URL itself, not the homepage URL of the event website.

-
-
Select the preferred Output Data Format: Single-Row format or Flattened format.
- Default is the Single-Row format.

What is Look up Company Emails Feature?
-
Optionally, the actor can look up company emails from a built-in historical database. It is FREE to use.
-
When enabled, the actor matches each exhibitor's website domain against the database and returns any previously found emails associated with that company.
-
The email lookup is performed only when an exhibitor has a website but no email is available. In that case, the actor searches the historical email database using the exhibitor's website domain.
-
Not every company will have matching emails in the database. However, the database is continuously expanding as more trade show data is collected, improving its coverage over time.
-
The email database is built from historical trade show exhibitor data and is provided for reference only. Emails may change over time, and there is no guarantee that a returned email is still valid or will be used by the company at future events.
-
This feature is currently experimental. I'd love to hear your feedback to help me improve it. You can send your messages via email. Based on user feedback and adoption, the feature may be enhanced, changed, or removed in future releases.
Example Output
- When a matching website domain is found, the actor returns one or more emails together with the number of historical events in which each email was observed.
{"found_emails": [{"email": "arale.tam@aiper.com","event_count": 2},{"email": "sales@aiper.com","event_count": 1}]}
