Inputs: query (the mark text, required), niceClasses (optional list), status (all / registered / pending / expired), dateFrom / dateTo (application date), maxResults (default 25).

Pricing

Pay-per-event: $0.005 actor start + $0.05 per trademark record — about $1 ≈ 20 records. You pay only for the marks actually delivered: each record is charged immediately before it is written to the dataset, so rows and charges always match.

Run behaviour. If TMview is blocked or changes its response shape, the run fails with a status message naming the cause — never a green run with a silent 0 rows. If TMview answers but nothing matches your mark text or filters, the run succeeds with 0 rows and says why; nothing is charged. An empty query returns 0 rows, names the missing field and charges nothing. Long runs stop cleanly before the run timeout and say so.

Records are served via TMview (TMDN) — the EUIPO-operated official network that aggregates national trademark registers, including the UK IPO (GB office). Every record carries its official officialUrl deep-link back to the UKIPO record, so any result can be verified at source. This is the authoritative register data, not a re-scrape of a consumer search page.
