Job Listing Freshness Checker
Check existing Greenhouse and Lever job records without replacing your collection pipeline. The Actor preserves each optional recordId and returns source evidence. Lever global and EU hosted URLs are supported.
Input
Replace the sample with real URLs. For custom career domains, provide provider (greenhouse or lever), board and jobId; Lever EU also needs region: "eu". The custom domain is not fetched. Maximum 1,000 records, 50 boards and 250 source HTTP attempts per run.
Output
listed: ID appears in a complete public board response.accessible_unlisted: absent from that board, but a direct lookup succeeds. The listing may have changed between requests.not_found: after a successful complete board lookup, the direct endpoint returns 404 or 410. An incorrect ID can produce this too.unknown: invalid/unsupported input, incomplete response, outage, rate limit or resource cap. Seereason.
Dataset rows include recordId, originalUrl, provider, board, region, jobId, checkedAt, status, reason and evidenceUrl. A SUMMARY record reports counts and requests. Export rows using Apify's dataset exports; no rows are deleted from your systems.
Billing and limitations
Configured price: $1 per 1,000 successful checks, through the job-checked event, plus Apify's $0.00005 start event (one event at the default 256 MB memory). unknown results have no job-check charge; the start fee still applies. Repeated input records are separately processed/billed; board and direct requests are cached during a run. The Actor stops before additional work when the event spending limit is exhausted. This checks source availability, not whether a vacancy was filled or genuine. No login, paid proxy or AI inference is required. Small batches scattered across many boards can have higher platform costs; pricing remains subject to cloud benchmarking.
