2. Set limits and filters: the default is 50 records in total; add a rating, period or item search if you need one.
3. Run it and download the feedback as JSON, CSV or Excel. Seller summaries and the per-seller stopping reason are in the RUN-SUMMARY record of the run's key-value store.

Sellers are processed in input order, so a large first seller can use up the global limit. Lower Maximum per seller to spread the allowance across several sellers. Store links (/str/), item links and search URLs are not accepted; copy the seller's username or feedback profile link instead.

rating is the seller transaction rating, not product-review stars. dateRange is eBay's own date bucket ("Past month", "Past 6 months"); exact dates are not shown publicly, so none are invented. priceText keeps the currency and formatting eBay displays. photoStatus is not_requested, no_photos, complete, partial or unavailable; photo files are not downloaded and videos are not included.

Does eBay have an official API for seller feedback? Yes, eBay's developer program includes feedback calls, but you need a developer account, registered application keys and OAuth tokens, and you work within eBay's call limits and response formats. This Actor needs no key, no developer account and no approval: give it any public seller username and it returns the feedback, seller replies, photos and reputation summary shown on the public feedback profile as ready-to-use rows.

How do I look up an eBay seller's feedback? Enter the username or profile link in Sellers and run the Actor. You get each feedback entry as a row and the seller's feedback score, positive-feedback percentage and detailed seller ratings in RUN-SUMMARY. It is the same eBay seller lookup you would do by hand, for one seller or 500.

How do I find only negative feedback on eBay? Set Feedback rating to negative (or neutral) and optionally a Period. Every row then contains the complaint, the item it was about and the seller's reply, if any.

Do I need an eBay account? No. Only public feedback is collected, and buyer names stay masked as eBay shows them.

Why is a field empty? photoPreviewUrl is null and photos is empty when the buyer added no photos; replies is empty when the seller did not answer; verifiedPurchase is null when eBay shows no badge information. Text stays in the language the buyer wrote it in.

Can I get a seller's complete feedback history? Not always. eBay's headline totals and page counts can exceed the feedback it actually serves, entries get removed, and automated feedback is excluded by default, so your count can be smaller than the seller's feedback score. The per-seller status in RUN-SUMMARY tells you why each seller stopped: max_items_reached, seller_limit_reached, budget_reached, known_feedback_reached, available_feedback_exhausted, source_limited (eBay repeated or clamped pages), request_limit_reached, partial or failed.

When does a run end as failed? When a seller summary was unavailable, a requested photo gallery could not be completed, the request safety limit was hit or a seller could not be retrieved. Already saved feedback stays in the dataset, so scheduled workflows can detect incomplete work. Reaching your item, per-seller or charge limit is a normal finish.

Which eBay sites are supported? The United States (ebay.com), United Kingdom (ebay.co.uk) and Germany (ebay.de), including German eBay Bewertungen. Usernames use the Site for usernames setting; profile URLs pick their own site.
