🚀 Facebook Pages Scraper: Contacts, Followers and Posts

The Facebook Pages Scraper turns public Facebook business pages, brands, media outlets and public figures into clean JSON, CSV or Excel, with no login, cookies or API key. Search pages by keyword (dentist chicago, coffee roaster berlin) or paste page URLs, and get each page's category, followers, phone, email, website, address and rating, plus its latest posts with reactions, comments and shares. Use it as a Facebook scraper for lead lists, a simple alternative to the Facebook Pages API, or a tool for Facebook page analytics and competitor tracking.

🎯 Use Cases

  • Facebook leads by keyword and city: search plumber austin or yoga studio london and export each business page's phone, email, website and address.
  • Track Facebook page followers: schedule a daily run on your own and your competitors' pages and build a follower and "talking about this" history.
  • Scrape Facebook posts for competitor analysis: collect recent posts with text, reaction breakdown, comments, shares and media to see what content works.
  • Facebook page search at scale: run many keywords in one go; pages found by several keywords are saved once.
  • Enrich a list of pages: paste page URLs, usernames or ids from a CRM and fill in category, contacts, rating and owner.
  • Social listening and brand monitoring: watch what brands, media outlets and public figures post, newest first.

✨ Features

  • Page profile: page id, profile id, username, name, category, verified badge, followers, following, "talking about this", "were here", description, bio, profile picture and cover photo.
  • Contact and About details: address, phone, email, websites, social handles (Instagram and others), opening-hours status, price range, services and the confirmed page owner.
  • Rating: recommendation percentage and review count for business pages.
  • Recent posts: text, permalink, publish time, author, total reactions with a breakdown (Like, Love, Care…), comments, shares, media type and photo or video URLs, newest first.
  • Facebook page search: keyword search over Facebook's own page results, several keywords per run, each row tagged with the keyword that found it.
  • Flexible input: page URLs, plain usernames, numeric ids and profile.php?id=… links.
  • No duplicates: a page given as a URL and also found by a search is saved once; repeated posts are skipped.
  • Fair billing: you pay per saved page and per saved post. The run stops cleanly at your max charge and never saves rows it did not charge for.
  • Clear run status: every run ends with a status like Saved 2 pages and 6 posts., plus a note when some pages were not public or the run stopped at your max charge.

🛠️ How It Works

  1. Search or enter pages: add keywords to Search keywords (put the city in the keyword) and/or paste page URLs, usernames or ids into Facebook pages.
  2. Choose the depth: set Max posts per page (0 = page details only), keep Include about / contact details on for leads, and cap the run with Max items.
  3. Run the scraper and download the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read it through the Apify API. Each page row is followed by its post rows.

⚙️ Input

FieldWhat it does
Facebook pagesPage URLs, usernames or numeric ids, e.g. https://www.facebook.com/NASA, katzsdeli, 100044561550831.
Search keywordsKeywords for Facebook's page search, e.g. dentist chicago. Put the city or area in the keyword itself.
Max pages per keywordHow many pages to take from each keyword's results. Default 50, maximum 500.
Max posts per pageRecent posts to collect from each page, newest first. Default 10; 0 = page details only.
Include about / contact detailsAlso read the page's About tab: address, phone, email, websites, socials, hours, price range, services, rating. Default on.
Max itemsMaximum number of rows (pages and posts together) for the whole run. Default 100.

At least one page or keyword is needed. A run with neither scrapes the two example pages from the input form.

💰 Pricing

Pay only for the rows you get. No monthly rental.

EventPriceWhat you get
Page profile$0.005 per page ($5.00 per 1,000)One page row with profile stats, contact details and rating
Post$0.004 per post ($4.00 per 1,000)One post row with text, engagement counts and media URLs
Actor start$0.00005 per runCharged once when the run starts.

Search itself costs nothing extra: each page a keyword finds is billed once as a page profile.

Examples:

  • Lead list: 100 pages from a keyword search with maxPosts: 0 = 100 × $0.005 = $0.50.
  • Competitor posts: 20 pages with 10 posts each = 20 × $0.005 + 200 × $0.004 = $0.90.
  • Daily follower check of 5 pages with maxPosts: 0 = $0.025 per day.

📊 Sample Output Data

followers is the number Facebook shows on the page header, so large pages are rounded (963000); the exact figure is in description. A post's author can be another page when the post is a collaboration shown on this page's timeline. searchQuery holds the keyword that found the page, or null for pages you entered directly.

🔁 Schedule and Integrate

To track Facebook page followers or new posts, run it once a day with the same pages: each run is a dated snapshot, and together they show growth and posting activity over time. For lead lists, a weekly run per keyword picks up newly created business pages. Set it up in Apify Schedules, then send results to Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, n8n or a webhook with Apify integrations, so new rows land where your team already works.

❓ FAQ

Does Facebook have an official API for pages? Meta offers the Graph API (Pages API). Reading data from pages you don't manage needs a Meta developer app, an access token and features such as Page Public Content Access that go through Meta's app review. This Actor needs no app, token or review: it returns the public data any visitor sees on a page, including About-tab contacts and recent posts, and handles paging for you.

How do I find Facebook leads for a city or niche? Put the niche and the city in one keyword (roofing contractor denver) and keep Include about / contact details on. Facebook returns roughly 100 to 250 pages per keyword, so split a big market into several specific keywords (dentist chicago loop, pediatric dentist chicago); duplicates across keywords are removed.

Do I need a Facebook account? No. The Actor reads public pages without logging in.

Which pages work? Business pages, brands, organizations, media outlets and public figures. Personal profiles and content Facebook shows only to logged-in users are not available; such inputs are skipped and counted in the run status.

Why are phone, email or rating empty? Contact fields are whatever the page owner published, and many brand pages list only a website. Rating fields appear only on pages that have reviews turned on. New or small pages often have few details.

Can I filter Facebook page search by location or category? Facebook's location and category filters need a login, so put the place into the keyword itself. Results follow Facebook's own relevance ranking, so a few loosely related pages can appear.

How do I scrape Facebook posts from a page? Enter the page and set Max posts per page. Posts come newest first with text, reaction breakdown, comments, shares and media links. Counts are the numbers Facebook shows at scrape time.
