• 🧾 Clear coverage report: a SUMMARY record shows for each product whether the widget was found, the widget's total review count and average rating, how many reviews were returned and why collection stopped.
• 🔒 Privacy-aware by default: reviewer names are off unless you turn them on. Personal questions such as age, body, skin type or health are left out.

🛠️ How It Works

1. Add product URLs: paste product pages that show Yotpo reviews (for example https://www.brooklinen.com/products/rise-ai-giftcard).
2. Choose the scope: As shown on the product page (grouped reviews included and flagged) or This product only.
3. Set Maximum reviews and run. For monitoring, choose New-review tracking, give the tracker a name and schedule the run.

If a product page can't be loaded, enter the store's public Yotpo key and the product ID as STORE_KEY/PRODUCT_ID under Store key / product ID pairs. Both appear in the product page's source.

Each product ends with a status in the SUMMARY record: ok (including real products with zero reviews), notYotpo (no Yotpo widget on the page), productNotFound (the store has no widget for that product ID) or widgetNotResolved (the store key was not accepted). Stop reasons are feedEnd, maxItems, windowEnd, pageLimit and budgetLimit.

💰 Pricing

$1.00 per 1,000 reviews ($0.001 per review) plus a tiny per-run start fee. You only pay for reviews returned in your dataset. Reviews already returned by earlier tracking runs are not charged again, and products without reviews cost nothing extra.

❓ FAQ

Why do product-page reviews mention other products? The store groups related products so they share reviews. Filter on isExactProduct, or run with This product only. The widget's total review count and average rating in SUMMARY cover the whole group, not the single product.

What happens on the first tracking run? It returns every review created inside the tracking window (30 days by default). Later runs with the same tracker name return only reviews that are new since then. New reviews can take a few hours to appear in the store's widget.

The run says "No Yotpo reviews widget found". That store uses a different review provider, or the page doesn't load the Yotpo widget. Try another product page from the same store.

Does it return variant (size/color) information? No. Yotpo reviews are attached to the product, not to a specific variant.
