Immoweb Scraper

Get property listings from immoweb.be, Belgium's largest real estate portal, from any search: price (or rent), property type and subtype, bedrooms, living area, land area, EPC energy class, region, province, locality, postal code, agency name and address, new-build project or not, status badge (new, under option), last update, main image. Houses, apartments, land, offices, garages; to buy or to rent; Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia. A simple immoweb scraper for Belgium real estate data.

Plain HTTP requests, no browser: no login, no account, no cookies, no proxy. The Actor reads only the public search pages, one page at a time per search with a pause between pages, and respects immoweb.be's robots.txt.

Typical uses

  • Investors and analysts: asking prices and price per m² by municipality and postal code, every week (schedule a run).
  • Agencies: competing agencies' stock, new listings in your area.
  • Rental market research: rents in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Liège, Leuven, Namur…
  • Energy renovation leads and studies: share of EPC classes E, F and G by area.
  • Spreadsheets, BI and AI agents: clean rows for Google Sheets, n8n, Make, Zapier or an MCP client.

What you get

One row per listing:

FieldDescription
search, searchUrlYour search and the page read
listingId, url, titleImmoweb listing ID, link and title (often empty on Immoweb)
propertyType, propertySubtypeAPARTMENT, HOUSE, APARTMENT_GROUP / HOUSE_GROUP (new-build project)…; DUPLEX, PENTHOUSE, VILLA, FLAT_STUDIO…
transactionFOR_SALE or FOR_RENT
price, priceMax, priceText, currencyPrice in EUR (monthly rent for rentals; lowest unit price for a project), highest unit price of a project, price as displayed
bedrooms, areaM2, landAreaM2, floorBedrooms, living area, land area, floor
energyClassEPC energy class (A++ to G)
region, province, locality, postalCodeBrussels / Flanders / Wallonia, province, municipality, postal code
street, houseNumber, latitude, longitudeAgencies only, as published; always null for private sellers
sellerType, agencyNameagency or private; agency or developer name

updatedAt, imageUrl, imageCountLast update (UTC), main image, images on the card
page, position, totalResultsWhere the listing was, and how many results Immoweb reports
observedAtWhen the page was read (UTC)

Missing values are always null, never guessed. Nothing is collected about private sellers beyond the locality and postal code, and agents' personal names are never kept. A search without listings (or blocked, or unreadable) gets one free row with found: false, a status and a message.

Input

{
"searches": ["https://www.immoweb.be/en/search/apartment/for-sale/brussels/1000", "https://www.immoweb.be/en/search/house/for-rent/antwerp/2000"],
"maxResultsPerSearch": 90
}
  • searches: one immoweb.be search URL per line, up to 100 per run, in English (/en/search/…), French (/fr/recherche/…) or Dutch (/nl/zoeken/…). Choose the property type, buy or rent and the location on the site, then copy the address bar.
  • maxResultsPerSearch: 1 to 600 (default 90). Immoweb shows 30 listings per page; the Actor reads up to 20 pages per search. For more, split a search (postal codes, property types).

Listings found by two of your searches are returned and billed once.

Limits

  • No sorting and no price filter in the URL: immoweb.be's robots.txt disallows orderBy, minPrice / maxPrice, countries=, searchId and a few other parameters. The Actor removes them from your URLs (the run summary says so) and returns the site's default order; filter prices in your spreadsheet.
  • Search pages only: no full description, no photos beyond the first, no phone number.
  • New-build projects without any price shown are skipped (free).
  • Up to 600 listings per search URL.

Pricing

Pay per event: one event per listing returned, plus a small start fee per run.

PlanPer listingPer 1,000 listings
Free$0.00055$0.55
Bronze$0.0005$0.50
Silver$0.00045$0.45
Gold$0.0004$0.40

Free: searches without listings, pages that are blocked or cannot be read, listings without a price, duplicates and input mistakes. On the free Apify plan, a run reads up to 3 searches and 30 listings per search.

FAQ

Is it legal? The Actor reads only pages anyone can see without an account, at a slow pace, and respects robots.txt. It keeps no personal data about private sellers or agents. Immoweb's terms of use restrict automated access: you are responsible for how you use the data. This is not legal advice.

Why are some searches empty or BLOCKED? If Immoweb refuses a request (rate limit or bot check), the Actor stops that search and charges nothing beyond the results already delivered. If this happens after the first page, the run summary warns that the search stopped early and its results are partial. It never solves or bypasses a check and uses no proxy. Try again later or with fewer searches per run.

Why can't I sort by price or newest? The site's robots.txt disallows sorting and price parameters for automated readers, and this Actor follows it. Run your search regularly and compare listingId or updatedAt to spot new listings.

Why is title often empty? Immoweb cards usually have no free title; use propertySubtype, locality and bedrooms.

Can I get the full description, all photos or the phone number? No: the Actor reads the search pages only. Need another field? Open an issue.
