Italy Public Procurement — ANAC CIG

Extract Italian public procurement notices from ANAC's official monthly CIG open-data dumps, including below-EU-threshold contracts.

The prefill selects the newest available monthly JSON archive. The ZIP is downloaded to disk with resumable HTTP Range requests, then parsed as a stream. It is never loaded into memory as a whole. Dataset writes are bounded batches of 100 records.

Filters

mese accepts YYYYMM or YYYY-MM (empty selects latest); cpvPrefix, provincia, stazioneAppaltante, oggettoContiene, settore, importoMin, importoMax, soloAttivi and maxResults work as before. The default limit is 500, maximum 100,000. Amounts are EUR. Output fields: cig, oggetto, importoComplessivo, importoSicurezza, oggettoPrincipale, settore, stato, esito, stazioneAppaltante, cfStazioneAppaltante, provincia, cpv, descrizioneCpv, procedura, dataPubblicazione, dataScadenzaOfferta, pnrrPnc, url.

Daily monitor

Save a Task and schedule it daily with the same monitor name. The first run emits matching records; subsequent runs suppress unchanged records. maxResults bounds the matching records scanned, including unchanged records. Use separate names for independent filters. Do not overlap runs sharing a name. Seen fingerprints are persisted after delivery; a crash at that boundary may replay records. No extra paid events are introduced.

How a run ends

Read the key-value store record OUTPUT, not just the run status. Invalid input, an unavailable source or the run timeout end the run normally with {error, hint, partial} and an explanatory status message, and every record already saved stays in the dataset. A complete run has error: null and a status starting with Completed:. Requests retry with backoff and rotating proxy sessions. Default memory: 1 GB.
