The log states that the maximum input (10000) I put for a run is lower than the default 100 and automatically sets it to 100.

Hey there, first of all thanks for reaching out & reporting this issue! We fixed this bug in the latest build. Now the limits should work as expected. Remember that ultimately we respect the Max Paid Dataset Items limit you can set in the advanced options. Make sure that this limit is always above your Max items limit.
