Reclame Aqui Scraper extracts verified company reputation scores, trust metrics, CNPJ identifiers, resolution statistics, and detailed consumer complaints from Brazil's premier consumer trust and dispute resolution platform (reclameaqui.com.br).

What data can you extract?

• Company Reputation & Trust Metrics: Overall consumer reputation score out of 10.0, official seal status (RA1000, Ótimo, Bom, Regular, Ruim, Não Recomendada), total complaint volume, and answered complaints count.
• Performance Rates: Percentage of complaints answered (responseRate), percentage of complaints resolved (solvedRate), and percentage of consumers who would do business again (dealAgainRate).
• Corporate Registry: Official company CNPJ tax registration number, registered trading name, and headquarters state/city.
