- Content research: captions, hashtags and audio of what performs in a niche.
- Data for AI agents and dashboards: clean JSON, CSV or Excel, or straight from the API.

FAQ
Does it work with private profiles? No. Only public profiles and posts.
How far back does it go? As far as the profile goes. Raise Posts per profile, or set Only posts newer than to stop at a date.
Why do some posts from last year come first? They're pinned. Turn on Skip pinned posts to leave them out; the date filter already ignores them.
Is it legal? It reads only public profiles and posts. Captions and usernames can be personal data under GDPR and similar laws: use them for a legitimate purpose and honor deletion requests.
