Collect official job listings from trudvsem.ru (Работа России) — Russia's national employment database operated by Rostrud (Федеральная служба по труду и занятости, Federal Labour Service). Russian law requires employers to register every vacancy with the state employment service before filling it, making this the most authoritative and complete source of open positions across all 89 federal subjects of the Russian Federation.

The actor uses the official open government API at opendata.trudvsem.ru — no authentication required, no anti-bot protection, plain HTTP.
