What it does

The actor takes one or more product keywords, opens the matching ExportersIndia buyers listing for each keyword, paginates through the buy requirements, and writes one normalized record per buyer lead to the run's dataset. Each record carries the requirement title and description, the required quantity (split into a numeric value and its unit), the buyer name and masked phone hint, whether the buyer is verified, the buyer location (city, state, country, ISO country code), the posted date, and the ExportersIndia lead and buyer IDs. Missing source values are returned as null, never invented.

Two opt-in AI add-ons (paid Apify plans only) can score each lead (aiLeadScore, aiLeadTier, aiLeadRationale) and write a plain-English buyer summary (aiProfileSummary). A separate contact-enrichment add-on can attempt to find a public business email for leads that have none.

Provide at least one searchQueries entry. Every other field is optional; with just a keyword the actor returns recent buyer requirements for that product (default maxRequirements is 10). The AI and contact add-ons are off by default and run only on paid Apify plans.

Filters combine with logical AND. A keyword with no matching buyers page returns no records for that keyword.

Billing and limits

• AI and contact add-ons bill separately. Lead scoring, buyer summary, and contact enrichment are opt-in, off by default, and each carry their own per-item charge only when enabled and produced.
• No charge on failure. If a run errors, the actor writes a single item with a populated error field and does not charge for it. Empty runs cost nothing.
• Spend cap respected. Set maxTotalChargeUsd on the run; once reached, the actor stops emitting and charging further billable results.
• Free Apify plans are capped at 10 records per run, and the AI add-ons are disabled for free users. Upgrade for higher maxRequirements.

FAQ and troubleshooting

A run returned 0 records. Why? No buyer requirements matched the keyword, or the keyword has no ExportersIndia buyers category. Try a broader or differently phrased product term. Zero-result runs are not charged.

Why is buyerPhone masked? ExportersIndia publishes buyer phone numbers partially masked on the public listing. The actor returns exactly what the source shows and never invents digits.

Can I search several products at once? Yes. Pass multiple keywords in searchQueries; one run covers them all and tags each record with the searchQuery that produced it.

How do I get only buyers from certain countries? Set countries to ISO codes or names, for example ["ae","sa"]. Only buyers matching those countries are kept.

Why are the AI fields null? The AI add-ons are opt-in and run on paid Apify plans only. Enable withLeadScore and withProfileSummary on a paid plan to populate them.
