What it does

The actor searches the official SEPREC commercial registry of Bolivia (miempresa.seprec.gob.bo) for each of your search terms, matches economic units by company name (razon social) or by matricula number, and writes one normalized record per matching unit to the run's dataset. With details enabled it fetches the full registry record for each match: NIT, complete address with latitude and longitude, the objeto social (economic activity), the phone numbers and emails on file, the legal form, status and last renewal year.

Missing source values are returned as null and lists as empty arrays, never invented. Names, addresses and activity text are returned exactly as the registry stores them.

• Details add-on. When withDetails is on and a full registry record is fetched, a details event is charged in addition to the base result. Turn withDetails off to return only the lightweight listing fields.
• No charge on failure. If a search term errors or matches nothing, the actor writes a record with a populated error field and does not charge for it. Empty runs cost nothing.
• Spend cap respected. Set maxTotalChargeUsd on the run; once reached, the actor stops emitting and charging further billable results.
• Free Apify plans are capped at 25 records per run. Upgrade for higher maxCompanies.

FAQ and troubleshooting

A search term returned 0 records. Why? No economic unit matched that name or matricula. Check spelling, try a shorter substring for name search, and confirm the matricula number is exact. Zero-result runs are not charged.

Why are phone, email or coordinates null? Not every company has that data on file with SEPREC, and detail fields require withDetails on. Missing source values are returned as null, never invented.

What is the difference between name and matricula search? nombre does a substring match on the razon social, so BANCO returns many companies. matricula matches one exact matricula or previous matricula number.

Can I get several phones and emails? Yes. phones and emails return every number and address on file; phone and email hold the primary one.

Is this an official SEPREC tool? No. This actor is independent and has no affiliation with SEPREC or the Bolivian government. It reads only publicly available registry data. Use it in accordance with SEPREC's terms.
