Scrape Redfin for-sale listings and recently-sold comparables into clean, structured rows — built for appraisers, real-estate investors & flippers, iBuyers, mortgage lenders, proptech and RE CRMs who need sold-price comps and live inventory by market.
Give it one or more Redfin search URLs (a city, ZIP, neighborhood or county page) and it returns every matching property, including the sold price and sold date on recently-sold comps.

How it works
Redfin exposes an internal listings JSON API. This actor seeds a session on redfin.com, resolves the region from your URL, and reads listing records directly from that API (paginating for large areas), so a single call returns hundreds of complete records. It runs over US residential proxies by default and rotates IP automatically if a request is throttled. No login, no Redfin account.
Pricing
Pay-per-result: $0.0025 per listing returned. You are only charged for rows delivered within your run's budget.
Notes & compliance
Only public Redfin listing data is collected. Listing/selling agent names appear only where the underlying MLS permits Redfin to display them. You are responsible for using the data in compliance with Redfin's Terms of Service and applicable law.
