China Consumer Complaints Scraper: Black Cat 黑猫投诉
Pricing
from $1.80 / 1,000 complaints
Consumer complaints from Black Cat (黑猫投诉), China's largest complaints platform, no login: company, title, summary, issue, demand, amount, status (replied, completed) and upvotes. Filter by company or keyword and monitor new complaints hourly.
Which Black Cat lists to read: newest complaints, hottest, recently replied by the company, or recently completed. Each list goes back about 500 complaints.
[ "newest"]Optional: only complaints about these companies (part of the name is enough, in Chinese as Black Cat shows it, e.g. 淘宝, 京东, 美团, 拼多多).
Optional: only complaints whose title, summary or issue contains one of these words (e.g. 退款, 自动扣费, 虚假宣传).
Upper limit on complaints saved from each list.
For scheduled runs: skip (and don't pay for) complaints saved in a previous run. With an hourly schedule you get every new complaint once.
