Pull the complete exhibitor directory from any Koelnmesse trade fair in one run — company name, country, full postal address, exact hall & stand location, verified email and phone, hierarchical product groups, brands, target markets, and LinkedIn / Facebook / Instagram / X / YouTube links. One actor covers Anuga, gamescom, imm cologne, ISM, interzum, Orgatec, IDS, spoga+gafa and the dozens of other fairs Koelnmesse runs in Cologne. Built for B2B sales and lead-generation teams, event marketers, and exhibitors running competitor research who need a clean, structured company list without clicking through thousands of profile pages by hand.
Why This Scraper?
- One actor for every Koelnmesse fair — the same directory recipe covers Anuga, gamescom, imm cologne, ISM, interzum, Orgatec, IDS and spoga+gafa, among the dozens of trade fairs Koelnmesse runs in Cologne. Paste any fair's "List of exhibitors" URL and go — no per-fair setup.
- Verified business email and phone on the large majority of profiles — pulled from each exhibitor's structured company record, so you get a real inbox and a dialable number, not just a company name.
- Exact hall & stand number for every exhibitor — the
hallStandvalue (e.g. "Hall 5.1, Stand D-050 / E-059") for planning an efficient on-site walking route and pre-booking booth meetings before you arrive. - The fair's official multi-level product-group taxonomy — each exhibitor's full category tree captured root-to-leaf (e.g. "Fine Food > Meat, sausages > Vegetarian & vegan alternatives"), not a single flat keyword.
- Brands, product sector, and target & outlet markets per company — the named brands an exhibitor represents, its product sector, and the retail / wholesale / food-service channels it sells into, straight from the profile.
- Five social networks, correctly scoped to the company — LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube captured where an exhibitor publishes them, never the fair's own house accounts.
- Two output shapes from one run — one clean row per exhibitor for CRM import, or one exploded row per product-group path (with
productGroupL1/L2/L3columns) for pivot-table category analysis. - Scrape several fairs in a single job with per-row
fairName— combine Anuga, ISM and interzum in one run and every row stays attributed to the fair it came from, ready to slice by event. - Segment scraping by pasted URL — narrow a directory by hall, country or product group on the fair website, paste that filtered URL, and collect exactly that slice instead of the whole floor.

Getting Started
Collect a Whole Directory
Paste a fair's "List of exhibitors" URL and set maxResults to 0 to pull every exhibitor:
{"startUrls": ["https://www.anuga.com/anuga-exhibitors/list-of-exhibitors/"],"maxResults": 0}
Scrape One Filtered Segment
Apply a hall, country or product-group filter on the fair website, then paste that URL — the scraper follows the filter automatically:
{"startUrls": ["https://www.ism-cologne.com/ism-cologne-exhibitors/list-of-exhibitors/?route=aussteller/blaettern&paginatevalues=%7B%22stichwort%22%3A%22chocolate%22%7D"],"maxResults": 200}
Multiple Fairs, Category Breakdown
Combine several fairs in one run and explode each exhibitor into one row per product-group path:
{"startUrls": ["https://www.anuga.com/anuga-exhibitors/list-of-exhibitors/","https://www.interzum.com/interzum-exhibitors/list-of-exhibitors/"],"outputFormat": "multi_row","maxResults": 0}
Input Reference
What to Scrape
| Parameter | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
startUrls | URL[] | ["https://www.anuga.com/exhibitor/a_koelnmesse/"] | One or more Koelnmesse fair "List of exhibitors" page URLs (Anuga, gamescom, imm cologne, ISM, interzum, Orgatec, IDS, spoga+gafa, and more). Any hall, country or product-group filter already in the URL is followed automatically. List several fairs to collect them in one run. Use the English version of the page when one is offered. |
Output
| Parameter | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
outputFormat | select | single_row | single_row keeps each company on one row with all its product groups combined into a list — best for clean B2B lists. multi_row repeats the company once per product-group path (adding productGroup and productGroupL1/L2/L3 columns) — best for filtering by category in Excel or a BI tool. |
maxResults | integer | 100 | Maximum number of exhibitors (companies) to collect across all listing URLs. Set to 0 to collect every exhibitor in the directory. This limit counts exhibitors, not output rows — in multi_row mode one exhibitor can expand into several product-group rows, so your row count (and billed-result count) can exceed this number. Start with 10–50 to preview the data, then raise it. |
Output
Each result is one exhibitor company profile. Here is a representative row in single_row format:
{"fairName": "Anuga","companyName": "Rügenwalder Mühle Carl Müller GmbH & Co. KG","country": "Germany","address": "Waldstraße 6, 27356 Rotenburg (Wümme), Germany","hallStand": "Hall 5.1, Stand D-050 / E-059","website": "https://www.ruegenwalder.de","email": "info@ruegenwalder.de","phone": "+49 4261 890","productGroups": ["Fine Food > Meat, sausages > Vegetarian & vegan alternatives","Chilled & Fresh Food > Convenience products"],"brands": ["Rügenwalder Mühle", "Die Vegetarische Mühle"],"productEmphasis": "Plant-based meat alternatives","targetMarkets": "Retail, Wholesale, Food service","productSector": "Meat, sausages, poultry, game","linkedin": "https://www.linkedin.com/company/ruegenwalder-muehle/","facebook": "https://www.facebook.com/ruegenwalder","instagram": "https://www.instagram.com/ruegenwalder_muehle/","twitter": null,"youtube": "https://www.youtube.com/user/RuegenwalderMuehle","profileUrl": "https://www.anuga.com/exhibitor/ruegenwalder-muehle/"}
In multi_row format the productGroups array is replaced by a single productGroup path plus productGroupL1, productGroupL2 and productGroupL3 columns, and the company row is repeated once per product-group path — every other field stays the same. Because each exhibitor expands into one row per product-group path, a multi_row run produces more rows than exhibitors, and maxResults still caps exhibitors (companies), not rows — so your total row and billed-result count can be higher than maxResults.

Tips for Best Results
- Preview first, then scale — set
maxResultsto 10–50 on your first run to confirm the fields match what you need, then set it to0to collect the entire directory. - Paste a pre-filtered URL to scrape one segment — narrow the directory by hall, country or product group on the fair website first, then paste that address-bar URL. The scraper collects exactly that slice, so you pay only for the exhibitors you care about instead of the whole floor.
- Use
multi_rowfor category pivots — when you want a per-product-group breakdown of who exhibits in each category, the exploded output withproductGroupL1/L2/L3drops straight into a pivot table with no post-processing. - Combine fairs in one run — list several fairs' directory URLs together and every row carries its
fairName, so you can compare exhibitor line-ups across Anuga, ISM and interzum in a single dataset. - Use the English page when offered — most Koelnmesse fair sites offer an English "List of exhibitors" page; paste that version and product groups, sectors and markets come back in English.
- Not every company lists socials or a contact — some exhibitors publish no social links, and a minority omit email or phone; those fields come back empty for them, which is expected, not an error.
