Yelp is pretty problematic with the search, we are working on it, but it is a long and difficult run, as the website increased blocking rapidly. I would recommend to use the Yelp Scraper https://apify.com/tri_angle/yelp-scraper and scrape direct URLs of the restaurants, because that work pretty well, while the search doesn't unfortunately.

Uber Eats - I checked and the restaurant in your input don't seem to have any reviews on Uber Eats.
