ERROR Error downloading backup

I keep getting an error for downloading the backup. Tried integrating it with my Google Drive to see if that would work, but no luck. I am the sole user in the workspace so no permissions issues.

Backup download should be fixed now. Please let me know if you still face any issues with this.
