Jobvite Jobs Scraper: company career pages on jobs.jobvite.com
Scrape every open job from company career pages hosted on Jobvite (https://jobs.jobvite.com/<company>/jobs):
title, department, place, posting date, full description, employment type where the company gives it and the apply
link. Paste the career page address or just the company name from it. Export to CSV, Excel or JSON, or use the API.
USD 0.49 per 1,000 jobs. No login, no browser. Not affiliated with Jobvite.
What you get
- A whole company in one request: Jobvite prints every open job of a company on one list page (WebMD's 69 jobs in one 49 KB page), so the list costs almost nothing.
- Free filters: words in the title, department or place, and places, are checked on the list before any job page is read. Jobs you filter out are never opened or charged.
- The full ad from each job page's structured data: description, posting date, department, city, state and country, and the employment type on companies that give it (WebMD, Port Authority of NY and NJ).
- The list's date column when the company shows one ("Position Open Date"), read as a plain date.
- Clean places: a job listed only under a country keeps the list's own wording ("United Kingdom") instead of a bare code.
Which companies
There is no public list of Jobvite employers, so you give the ones you want: open the employer's Careers page, click through to its open positions and copy the address. These answered on 20 Oct 2026:
| Company in the address | Jobs | Notes |
|---|---|---|
plannedcompanies | 92 | concierge and corporate jobs |
webmd | 69 | full-time type on the rows read |
panynj (Port Authority of NY and NJ) | 30 | full-time and intern types |
heifer | 8 | list shows the open date |
vail-resorts | 245 | list read only |
Input examples
{ "companies": ["webmd", "https://jobs.jobvite.com/careers/panynj/jobs"], "maxJobs": 200 }
Concierge jobs in New York at one company, new ones only (daily schedule):
{ "companies": ["plannedcompanies"], "keywords": ["concierge"], "locations": ["New York"], "onlyNewJobs": true }
Example row
From a saved Planned Companies list and job page (empty fields left out, description cut to the part that shows the written pay):
{"jobId": "jobvite:plannedcompanies:o22YAfwm","title": "Concierge","company": "Planned Companies","companyLogoUrl": "https://app.jobvite.com/logo/PlannedSocialMediaLogo_1690373142204.jpg","location": "MANHATTAN, NEW YORK, US","city": "MANHATTAN","region": "NEW YORK","country": "US","category": "Concierge","salaryMin": 20,"salaryMax": 20,"salaryCurrency": "USD","salaryPeriod": "HOUR","salaryText": "Pay: $20.00 per hour Planned Companies’ clients realize welcoming tenants, guests and vendors is as important as how the property is kept presentable and safe.","datePosted": "2026-10-15","descriptionText": "... Good to know
- Pay is rarely a field. The job pages carry an empty pay block, which is never read as pay. Pay is read from the description: a range (two amounts), or a single rate only when its period is written next to it ("Pay: $20.00 per hour", as in the example above). A bare "$" is read as USD only for US jobs.
- Employment type, workplace type and postal code are empty on companies whose pages do not give them (Planned Companies and Heifer give no employment type).
- Only addresses on jobs.jobvite.com work. Career pages on a company's own domain that show Jobvite inside a frame,
and older
careers.jobvite.com/<company>addresses, are not recognised. - The requisition number shown on the page ("Job ID 2026-1792") is not extracted;
jobIdis Jobvite's own job code. - One job page per job (about 32 KB, 1 s apart): a 20-job run took 30 s. A company's list is one request however long it is.
Who uses it
- Recruiters and staffing agencies: new jobs at target employers every morning.
- Sales and market intelligence: hiring signals by department and place (company data only).
- Job boards and aggregators: clean Jobvite feeds with full descriptions.
Output: one row per job
Every Actor in this family writes the same columns, so you can merge boards in one sheet or database.

applyUrl, jobUrl | Where to apply, and the job's page on the board |
sourceBoard, searchLabel, scrapedAt | Which board, which of your searches found it, when |
duplicateKey | The same key for the same ad posted on several boards (or reposted): title without (m/w/d) or H/F tags, company without legal form, city, country. Use it to merge results from several of our board Actors |
extra | A few fields only this board has |
Contact email addresses and phone numbers inside descriptions are removed: this Actor never collects recruiters' personal contact details.
Job alerts: only new jobs, sent where you work
- Switch on Only new jobs since the last run and schedule the Actor (daily, hourly). It remembers the jobs it has already delivered for the same searches and filters, in a key-value store on your own account (named job-boards-seen-
- Paste a Slack or Discord webhook (or a Zapier or Make webhook, which can email you) into Send new jobs to. After each run that found new jobs you get one message with the count and up to 10 jobs with their links. Free: the message is never billed.
Apify's own integrations (Google Sheets, email, webhooks) work too.
Pricing
Pay per job saved: USD 0.49 per 1,000 jobs (USD 0.00049 a job), plus USD 0.002 per run start. No monthly rental, no charge for jobs skipped as duplicates, already seen or filtered out. Set a maximum cost per run in Apify and the Actor stops just before it, keeping everything saved so far.
Use it through the API
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/usefulapi~jobvite-jobs-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_API_TOKEN" \-H "Content-Type: application/json" \-d '{"companies":["https://jobs.jobvite.com/plannedcompanies/jobs","https://jobs.jobvite.com/webmd/jobs","https://jobs.jobvite.com/careers/panynj/jobs"],"maxJobs":20}'
Python: ApifyClient("YOUR_API_TOKEN").actor("usefulapi/jobvite-jobs-scraper").call(run_input={...}), then read the dataset items.
Good to know
- Polite by design: one request at a time per site with a pause between requests, and the site's robots.txt is followed. Runs read public job pages only: no login, no candidate profiles or CVs.
- What a run summary tells you: the
OUTPUTrecord has jobs saved per search, jobs skipped (duplicates, seen before, too old) and why a run stopped early, if it did. - Is it legal? The Actor reads job ads that the board publishes openly, the same pages a job seeker sees. You are responsible for how you use the data (for example, the board's terms and data protection rules in your country).
