What's the recommendation rating? A 0–10 score indicating how likely the reviewer is to recommend the product. This is separate from the 1–5 star overall rating.

What's the difference between sort options? MOST_RECENT returns newest reviews first. HIGHEST_COMPLETENESS_SCORE returns the most detailed reviews (Capterra's "most helpful"). HIGHEST_RATED and LOWEST_RATED sort by overall star rating.
