Hi, yes I've started the work to add that, there is now a 'public_profile' (true/false/undefined) value on the output. However during adding that I've found 2 issues:
- Using the 'embed' page as a source (i.e. https://www.tiktok.com/embed/@tender_foottech) has been the recommended choice previously as it is more likely to get a successful feed (since TikTok isn't trying to prevent crawling on that page). However I noticed that the 'embed' page is not available for Private profiles - so in hindsight I will not recommend using the 'embed' mechanism unless you only have public profiles to crawl.
- Next when testing with crawling the usual 'user' page (i.e. https://www.tiktok.com/@tender_foottech) I've found that TikTok has changed some of the page layout/loading mechanics so currently we are getting alot of failed crawls - I need to work seeing if there are improvements that can be made to improve the crawl success rate.
You could try to use it now and see how it goes but there is still some work to do my end to improve success rates. Feel free to give it a try and send me a link to your last run if your finding issues.
Public profile data seems to be working well with the new code & settings implemented lately.
