Introduction

Tiqets is a booking platform for museum tickets, attractions, tours, and experiences in cities all over the world. Every booking can be reviewed, so popular attractions such as the Palace of Versailles or the Pantheon in Rome have thousands of verified visitor reviews in many languages.

This actor collects the same public reviews you see in your browser and turns them into a ready-to-use dataset. You can run it once, schedule it to run daily, or connect it to your own tools.

How to scrape Tiqets reviews step by step

1. Paste one or more Tiqets URLs into Start URLs.
2. Set Maximum number of reviews to how many reviews you want per URL.
3. Optionally choose Sort reviews by, Review language, and Reviews since.
4. Click Start and wait for the run to finish.
5. Download your data in JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML from the Output tab.

• Maximum number of reviews: how many reviews to collect for each start URL. For city, category, and search pages the limit counts the reviews of all their products together. Use 0 for no limit.
• Sort reviews by: most relevant first (default), most recent first, oldest first, highest rated first, or lowest rated first.
• Review language: only collect reviews written in one language, such as English, German, Spanish, or French. Leave it empty for all languages.
• Reviews since: only collect reviews written on or after this date.

The source... fields describe the page you pasted (or the product found on a city, category, or search page). url and productTitle point to the exact ticket or tour that was reviewed, which can be a different variant of the same experience.

Notes

• Guide pages, event pages, and URLs from other websites are not supported and are skipped.
• On attraction (venue) pages Tiqets lists at most about 6,600 reviews, even when the attraction has more. To get more reviews, scrape the product pages of that attraction instead; product pages list all their reviews.
• A product page can include reviews of several variants of the same experience, so url may point to a different ticket than the one you pasted.
• Reviews keep their original language. Review language filters the reviews; it does not translate them.
• With Review language or Reviews since and a sort order other than the recommended one (most relevant first for language, most recent first for dates), the actor reads the whole review list to find every match, which takes longer on popular attractions.
• Traveler type and photos are only available when the reviewer added them; otherwise travelerType is null and photos is empty.
• Combo ticket reviews do not name a single product, so productTitle is null and url is the combo page.
• Products without reviews on city, category, and search pages are skipped.

FAQ

How many reviews can I scrape?

You can set any number in Maximum number of reviews, or 0 for no limit. The actor keeps going until it reaches your limit or runs out of reviews. See Notes for the limit on attraction pages.

Do I need a Tiqets account?

No. The actor only collects publicly available reviews. You do not need to log in or provide any account details.

Can I get only new reviews every day?

Yes. Set Sort reviews by to most recent first, set Reviews since to a recent date, and use Apify Schedules to run the actor every day.

Why are some fields empty?

Some reviewers do not share their traveler type or add photos. When a value is not available on the website, it is returned as null (or an empty list for photos).

Can I request a new feature or filter?

Yes. Right now the actor supports start URLs with sort, language, and date filters. If you need other filters or inputs, such as a rating filter, get in touch and they can be added.

Can I get a custom or private version?
