Introduction

Tiqets is an online booking platform for museums, attractions, tours, and experiences in thousands of cities worldwide, from the Louvre and the Burj Khalifa to local boat tours and city passes. Its catalog shows what travelers can book, at what price, and how other visitors rate it.

How to scrape Tiqets step by step

1. Paste one or more Tiqets URLs into Start URLs, or type keywords into Search queries.
2. Set Maximum number of results to how many results you want per URL or per query.
3. Pick the Currency for all prices.
4. Click Start and wait for the run to finish.
5. Download your data in JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML from the Output tab.

• Start URLs: Tiqets URLs to scrape. Supported pages: city pages (for example https://www.tiqets.com/en/dubai-attractions-c60005/), category pages inside a city, country pages, venue pages, single product pages, and search pages (https://www.tiqets.com/en/search?q=museum). City and category pages return every offer of that city or category, not only the ones shown on the page.
• Search queries: keywords to search on Tiqets, one per line, for example "museum" or "Eiffel Tower". Each query is scraped separately.
• Maximum number of results: how many results to collect for each start URL or search query. Use 0 for no limit.
• Currency: the currency of all prices and ticket options (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, CHF, AED, JPY, and more).
• Include ticket options: adds every ticket type of a product with its price. Turn it off for faster runs.
• City: only return results in this city, for example "Paris". Applies to search queries only.
• Only discounted: only return discounted offers. Applies to search queries only.

You can use start URLs, search queries, or both in the same run.

Notes

• Combo pages that pair two attractions (URLs ending in -b followed by a number), travel guide pages, and event pages are not supported and are skipped. Combo tickets sold as one product are included in city, category, and search results with their bundleProducts.
• price is the lowest "from" price Tiqets shows. Ticket option prices are for the first available date (ticketOptionsDate), so they can be higher or lower than price.
• Ticket options are collected for single products only; combo tickets list the products they include instead.
• A venue page returns the offers that take place at that venue.
• A few older products are not shown in Tiqets city lists. When you paste their URL, the actor still returns the title, price, rating, venue, images, and ticket options, but some fields such as coordinates, summary, and opening hours are empty.
• All text is returned in English, even when you paste a URL in another language.
• Duration, guide languages, cancellation policy, and opening hours are only available for offers that show them on Tiqets, otherwise they are null or an empty list.
• The City and Only discounted filters apply to search queries only. Start URLs keep the city, category, or country in their own URL.

FAQ

How many results can I scrape?

You can set any number in Maximum number of results, or 0 for no limit. The actor keeps going until it reaches your limit or runs out of results, so a city page returns every offer Tiqets lists for that city.

Do I need a Tiqets account?

No. The actor only collects publicly available data. You do not need to log in or provide any account details.

Can I scrape data on a schedule?

Yes. Use Apify Schedules to run the actor every hour, day, or week, and get fresh prices automatically.

Why are some fields empty?

Some offers simply do not show every piece of information. When a field is not available on the website, it is returned as null or an empty list.

Can I request a new feature or filter?

Yes. Right now the actor supports start URLs, search queries, a city filter, a discount filter, and a currency choice. If you need other filters or data, such as reviews or prices for a specific date, get in touch and they can be added.
