• the input for me to reproduce your error ?
• some examples of the output so that a can see what the problem looks like?

I inputted the contact page from a plastic surgeon contact page. I need to be able to see the actual e-mail - https://www.obrienplasticsurgery.com/contact This was my input. I need to figure out how to make this work. I need it in a CSV . Thank you for your help.

Ok, I can see the problem.

The Actor you are using is only extracting emails that are displayed on the website. In the case of "https://www.obrienplasticsurgery.com/contact" there is no email address, only a form. This Actor is made for websites that have many many pages and hide the email addresses in the code. Here we don't have any email available. So there is no problem with that. Get in mind that this Actor is very helpful when you have hundreds of website to extract, it removes all the manal work of reading all the source code to get emails.

I suggest you to try to find the linkedin URL of someone from this company and use this Actor (I am the creator of this other Actor too) : https://apify.com/anchor/linkedin-profile-enrichment to get what you want.

Thank you so much for your response! I am really perplexed to figure out this issue with plastic surgeons. There are very few who actually have LinkedIn profiles. They are more likely to use Instagram since Instagram allows them to post photos. These doctors only care about one thing and that’s getting leads. There’s no advantage to them being on LinkedIn. Do you have a solution for Instagram or TikTok?

Awesome! my market is Plastic Surgeon and cash pay medical practices. The challenge they have is that the digital landscape for advertising for leads has become cost prohibitive. What I want to do is create a platform that can solicit and nurture leads for them, and I can sell them at a premium because we’ve vetted them with our tactics. I currently have a company that does this for leads that we do not generate. What I want to do is be able to create the leads, and sell the leads directly to the doctors. It doesn’t have to be social media. It’s just that for now that’s where doctors are spending money. They’re only options are really pay ads and social media. I would love if you could think about it with some ideas. I figured out what it takes to make a lead qualified what I have not been able to crack is how to get the leads. Please let me know any thoughts you come up with I’m happy to partner with you.

• Can you use your Instagram account in order to make the search ? If yes, you have to know that over using it may lead to blocked account. It is however easier to do so.

• How much are you willing to pay per profile ? I’m not here asking for a price, but for a range of price for solutions I can come up with. You can have very accurate detail results with high price, but I may be not worth it.

• What kind of data do you need for a lead? Only it’s username?

There is still the chance that the e-mail belongs to the marketing company and not theirs. For the prospective patients we should get their actual e-mail. This would require seeing who follows the doctor's profile and then scraping their profile. This is the most important one to solve. This is what is scalable because every plastic surgeon wants qualified leads. I am open to creative ways to partnering for revenue if we can figure this out. My company qualifies and nurtures leads - we need ways (besides paid ads) to attract leads. I’m not here asking for a price, but for a range of price for solutions I can come up with. • What is the price to buy leads, and where can you buy them ? (maybe I can find a way to copy what they do, more scalable than my solution)
