I set a time range starting 1 Jan 2020 to 12 Dec 2020. However, the output responses are 2025.

twitterHandles and start/end dates don't work together. If you want to fetch a profile's tweets by date, please read the documentation as we have a very specific example there https://apify.com/apidojo/twitter-scraper-lite#fetching-the-tweets-of-a-profile
