For personal profiles as in your examples we never expecting full details, see attached screen with public details for https://www.facebook.com/alena.kobylkova - unlike Facebook pages, which forced to provide some "transparency", Facebook profiles considered as private sensitive data and no details revealed for them without Facebook login.
Entire section https://www.facebook.com/alena.kobylkova/about_contact_and_basic_info without Facebook login leads to error.
