It looks like you exported CSV from the Facebook Ads dataset and then passed it to the run as a remote file with the URLs. Therefore all the URLs in the dataset including media URLs processed by the run as pages and most of the URLs failed because the media file obviously is not a Facebook page.

We might add better logic to handle such cases, however, please try to keep input reasonably clean. The platform allows freedom to use anything as URL files but actual content is expected to be compatible with the actor.
