The top 3 pages from your list are not public, for example, https://www.facebook.com/alrefakuniversty displays "This content isn't available at the moment When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people or changed who can see it, or it's been deleted."
So I guess the rest of the pages are also not public: admin limited audience somehow, and the page is not visible without a Facebook login. The actor is unable to get any details for such pages.
If you have a counter-example, when a page is visible in an incognito browser but no details are scraped, please let us know. Otherwise actor works as expected.
