Getting only exactly 10 results, when before I was getting 100+

At 4pm I was doing a crawl and it was properly executed and then another one at 9pm which resulted only in 10 results, nothing changed, not a single line of code.
In the one that resulted in 10 results there was an issue in log: "This is the last page for query "Kotwica Kórnik intext:"Kotwica Kórnik"".Next page button was not rendered nor enough results were found."
In attached files I uploaded a screen, there is the proper one giving 3 results and wrong gave only 1 with 10 links only.

I think it might be a global outage or new Google Update, I checked other scrappers and I get same only 10 results.
