I have the 'results per page' setting on 100 and the 'max pages per search' to 3. A few of my queries had google internal counts higher than 100 (200+, 600+), but the organic results returned were less than that (100 or 99).
How can I get results from second (and third) pages?

Hey,
usually Google gives us only a fraction of results compared to their internal count. It also changes as you move to the next page - you can see this in your run:
site:chcs.org/resource1st page has 611 internal countsite:chcs.org/resource2nd page has only 374 internal count
So in summary the internal count doesn't have any useful meaning since it changes with every request.
