Editions: the edition Google actually served (ceid of the final feed URL) is compared with the requested one. Google serves another edition for pairs it does not offer (PL:en returns US:en); such an edition is now skipped, returns and charges nothing and is named in the status. If no requested edition exists, the run fails. UK is read as GB.
Decoded publisher URLs are checked against the source domain; the status counts matches and the run fails before charging when fewer than half match (5 or more decoded).

A single feed that is not RSS is listed in the status instead of stopping the run; the run fails when no feed can be read.
The share-of-decoded-URLs guard applies from 4 attempts instead of 10.
