Discovery and enrichment now run at the same time instead of one after the other. A
two-keyword, 50-result run went from being killed at the 5-minute limit with 36 results
to finishing in 2 minutes with all 50, and the first row now appears in ~25 seconds
instead of ~195.
Runs respect their own time limit: the Actor stops, flushes and finishes successfully
rather than being cut off by the platform, so a slow run returns fewer results instead
of none.
Candidates the search results already date outside the requested window are skipped
before enrichment, so less time is spent on Shorts that were going to be filtered out.
Requests can no longer outlive the run's remaining time.
