Said initially would take 20 minutes in and out. Due to the new hire shadowing, took one hour and 20 min. My ride had to suffer and wait outside due to this false reported expectation. Great service and attention to detail by Konrad, he did everything extremely well and we couldn’t be happier with him, just a bit disappointed in what your corporate office offered and the guidelines they used to price our car. We received $900 for our 11 Altima and were hopeful of $1500-2000.",
