how do i get the "years in business" info

Reading the information page, it looks like the output should allow me to get the number of years in business for each company but my output isn't including it. I'm providing a list of URLs as my input. I am getting a decent amount of info though from each bbb.org link including the contact name. Any idea how I could fix this to get the number of years in business, if possible?
