What happens when a public exhibitor profile is unavailable?

By default, the directory card is still returned and detailStatus shows that the profile was unavailable. Turn off partial results when you need a run to stop instead.

Why do my results say they come from an archive?

The organiser closes The smarter E exhibitor directory between shows, and it is closed until June 8–10, 2027. While it is closed, the Actor returns the most recent exhibitor profiles saved in the Internet Archive from The smarter E, Intersolar, ees and Power2Drive. Each of those rows has dataSource: internet-archive, the date it was saved in archivedAt, and a link to the archived copy in archiveUrl. They show the last published list, so check them against the current show before relying on a booth or contact.

How many archived exhibitors can I get in one run?

Up to 500 per run. Archived profiles are fetched one by one at a gentle pace, so a 50-row run takes about 1.5 minutes. When you use filters, the Actor looks through at most 400 archived profiles and tells you if it stopped at that limit.

What if I only want live data?

Turn off Use archived profiles while the directory is closed. Runs then finish with a clear message and no rows until the live list reopens, and nothing is charged.

Can I use one The smarter E run for both exhibitors and their products?

Yes. Use exploded output to receive the parent exhibitor plus its published stands, categories, products, and contacts as related rows.
