I understand there was a blocking issue before. if it's functioning properly now?

Hi! No, unfortunately - and you shouldn't expect it to function properly in the short term, because Amazon has fully blocked access to regular reviews for non-logged in users.

The under maintenance flag has for now been removed because we've introduced "Scrape reviews with media" and "Search by keywords" options which provide a very limited review scraping experience and we will likely not go beyond that. Just note that the input schema is mostly old and a bit misleading in a couple of places, but we'll update it soon

Otherwise I'd recommend to explore other scrapers on the store
