We are only able to get 13 reviews even though the product has more reviews. Is this a known bug?
Hi, thanks for opening this issue!
Yes, unfortunately that is due to a recent change on Amazon, which has fixed our bypass for scraping behind-login reviews. The current c. 10–13 reviews are just some very quick ones that we are able to get without being logged in.
We are investigating and working on solutions that can get reviews without login, but they are not perfect and the reviews that you get from them are pretty limited. We are also considering adding in an option for users to input in their own login-cookies for their Amazon accounts for scraping, but we are yet to see if that's possible legally :)

I don't think I'd be okay with inputing my own login username and password, so hopefully you can come up with another solution. I depend on this scraper and I hope it's back working correctly soon.
Hi, the actual solution wouldn't require your login username and password, just the x-main cookie which is responsible for keeping you logged into Amazon. That would still leave us with being able to “access” your Amazon account, so it doesn't change much, and I completely understand why you would not be comfortable with such a thing. We've talked more about this, and we are most likely not going to follow up with it anyway, but we will see.
We are working on some scraping methods recently, that do not require any logins. But I'm afraid that the reviews which you will get from that won't be of much use, because they are not filtered nor sorted by any useful way. We will be able to get all reviews that contain images and videos, we will also be able to get reviews that contain certain configurable keywords. Plus the few (10-13) highlighted quick product reviews :)

We depend on this scraper too atm and need a solution as soon as possible!
Hi, we are working on a solution right now, it will require us to use a different pricing model. But I would assume that we will be able to finalize and price the solution in the next week hopefully :)
In the meantime, you can also use any of our other reviews solutions. Like reviewMediaTypes and reviewsFilterByKeywords to get more reviews :)
