What is 10times Events Scraper — Trade Shows & Conferences?

10times Events Scraper turns 10times.com URLs, keyword searches or city slugs into a dataset of trade shows, conferences, exhibitions and workshops. Each row is one event edition with ISO start and end dates, event type, venue with city, country and GPS coordinates, organizer, industry categories, visitor and exhibitor estimates, price summary and the canonical 10times URL. Event marketers, sponsorship teams, B2B sales reps, analysts and AI agents use it to build event calendars and prospect lists without copying listings by hand.

Why event teams use this 10times scraper

  • Three ways in. Paste 10times URLs, search a keyword such as fintech, or browse a city slug such as berlin.
  • Venue you can map. venueName, address, city, countryCode, lat and lng drop straight into a map or territory plan.
  • Organizer as a lead surface. With includeDetails on, rows carry organizerName, organizerUrl and organizerWebsite.
  • Audience size for qualification. visitorEstimate, exhibitorEstimate, rating and frequency help rank events before you commit budget.
  • Flat rows for agents. Every event is one flat JSON object, compact enough for an LLM context window.

Best fit for this Actor

  • Best fit for B2B trade shows, industry conferences, exhibitions and professional workshops listed on 10times.
  • Use searchQuery with country when you know the industry; use city with category when you know the location.
  • For consumer and ticketed community events, use Eventbrite Events Scraper instead, then merge both datasets on date and city.
  • After you shortlist events, pass the organizer names to B2B Lead Finder — Emails, Phones & Contacts to enrich them with public contact details.

What people and AI agents ask this Actor to do

Find fintech conferences in Germany for the second half of the year. List every trade show in Dubai with its organizer and visitor estimate. Give me the dates, venue and organizer for these three event pages.

RequestInput to send
Industry events in one country{"searchQuery": "fintech", "country": "DE", "startDate": "2026-07-01", "endDate": "2026-12-31"}
Trade shows in one city{"city": "dubai-ae", "eventType": "tradeshow", "maxItems": 100}
Specific event pages{"startUrls": ["https://10times.com/ces-las-vegas"]}
Fast listing-level sweep{"city": "berlin", "includeDetails": false, "maxItems": 200}
Virtual events only{"searchQuery": "cybersecurity", "onlineOnly": true}

Example workflow: from an industry keyword to a sponsorship shortlist

A field marketing manager starts with the keyword medical devices, country set to US and a date window for next year. The dataset returns each event's eventName, startDate, city, visitorEstimate, exhibitorEstimate and organizerName. She sorts by visitor estimate, compares the top ten against last year's spend, exports the shortlist to a spreadsheet, then feeds the organizer names into a lead enrichment Actor to reach the sponsorship contacts. A monthly schedule with the same input keeps the calendar current as new editions are announced.

Pricing

This Actor uses Pay per event plus Apify platform usage. Each run charges one Actor Start event and one Event scraped event for every event row saved to the dataset. Platform usage (compute and residential proxy traffic) is billed on top at Apify's standard rates. The live Pricing tab on this page shows the current event prices.

Worked example: a city sweep with maxItems set to 50 that saves 50 events costs 50 Event scraped events plus one Actor Start event, plus the platform usage of that run. Turning includeDetails off visits fewer pages, which lowers platform usage for broad sweeps. Set a maximum charge per run in the run options to cap spend.

Use with AI agents (MCP)

Connect the Actor to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client through Apify MCP and ask in plain language:

Find cybersecurity conferences in the United Kingdom starting next spring. Return name, dates, city, organizer and visitor estimate, sorted by start date.

The agent sends searchQuery, country and the date window, then reads the rows back with get-dataset-items. Keep eventUrl and scrapedAt on every row so answers cite the source page and collection time. Set maxItems to the depth the question needs; each saved row is one Event scraped event, so a tight maxItems keeps agent runs predictable in cost.

Builder's note

I built this around 10times' structured event markup first and the page layout second, because the structured data keeps dates, venues and coordinates consistent across event types. I found that most users start from either a city or an industry, so the input offers both alongside plain URLs, and filters such as event type and date window apply after enrichment so every mode behaves the same way.

FAQ

Which 10times URLs can I paste?

Event detail pages, city listings, category listings and search result URLs all work in startUrls.

How do I find the right city slug?

Open the city on 10times and copy the last part of the address, for example london-uk or sao-paulo-br.

Does it return past editions?

Yes. Pass an event URL in startUrls and the Actor returns the edition shown on that page.
